Terms of Service
Regular/Rendered Comms
- Commissions are on a first come first served basis. If/once I've accepted a commissions i'll give you a timescale in which you can expect it to be completed in after the sketch has been completed.- Once your commission has been accepted I will take the full payment once the sketch is completed (and both of us are happy with it) over PayPal. After I receive the payment I will notify you and start on the final piece.- During the sketching stage I will send you updates on it, this is when you can ask for changes without limit however after the final artwork has been completed you'll have 48 hours to ask for couple of changes (eg- changing the colour on a piece of the clothing or repositioning an accessory).--------------------------------------------------------
Clean Sketch Comms
- If it is for a sketch commission, payment will be upfront before the commission is done.[currently unavailable]--------------------------------------------------------
For written (commissions with no visual references) commissions there may be an extra charge for the extra work put into the mockup stages if the work is especially detailed/contains backgrounds. However I would be as upfront and apparent during the early stages of the commission if this were to be the case. This is for the extra work and time needed to complete the commission.

-Do not under any circumstance use my artwork in AI development nor feed it into AI.
-Do not make heavy edits to the artwork or sell it.
-Do not use the artwork for NFTs.
-Credit me if asked who drew the work
-Payment can only be taken over PayPal and it is in Pound Sterling.
-Once I have started working on the commission past the sketching stage there will be no full refunds.
-After the commission is completed I will not give refunds at all.
-If I feel uncomfortable accepting your commission for any reason it will not be accepted.--------------------------------------------------------
- If you do not respond to any messages the first time I contact you after submitting this form within 3 weeks I will consider the commission as cancelled and you'll have to resubmit this form if you want to commission me again.- If after the commission has been accepted and has moved onto the sketching stage, If there's no response after a month I will consider the commission as being terminated.- If you haven't made a payment (when required as this is at different times for sketch/rendered commissions) the commission will be on hold and will not progress further, after a month I will consider the commission cancelled.
